Have you seen this yet?!? Learn this unique enameling technique to incorporate into your jewelry designs. Carrie Story will show you how to create fine silver metal clay pieces with enamelled textures in one easy step! This technique allows for texture on your metal clay to remain detailed, while simplifying the steps involved in enamel designs. Carrie will explain the technique and its many uses, show you how to mix enamels into your clay and how to fire mixed clay pieces. Students will mix their own fine silver metal clay with enamel, roll, texture, cut and refine. Pieces will be kiln fired and finished in class. Carrie will discuss design considerations and technical information regarding the enamels and metal clays. You will have access to try a variety of tools and equipment to help you decide what would be best for your future projects.
