Event information
We work to keep show dates, hours, locations, admission and registration information, exhibitor lists, workshops, parking details, hotel room blocks, brochures, transportation information, and other visitor information accurate. Event details can change because of venue requirements, scheduling updates, weather, emergencies, exhibitor or instructor availability, transportation-provider changes, operational needs, or other circumstances.
Please review the relevant Fall or Winter show page before making travel or attendance plans. We may update, correct, postpone, cancel, or remove event information without prior notice when necessary.
Registration, workshops, applications, and accounts
Some attendee registration, workshop enrollment, exhibitor application, account, invoice, and payment functions are provided through Beadagio.com or other Garan-Beadagio systems. You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to keep account credentials confidential where applicable.
Registration for a show does not guarantee the availability of a particular exhibitor, workshop, product, service, room block, transportation benefit, or other event feature. Exhibitor participation and workshop schedules may change.
Acceptable use

- Submit false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
