This 3D peyote ball is going viral! Are you done and over this pandemic mess? I know I am.
What started out as a personal therapy project, is now a fun learning and fundraising project our
local food bank. Let it all out. Your hate, fear, sadness, and relief while learning how to make
structural peyote stitch ball-ornament inspired by the pandemic. Proceeds from this session will
be donated to a local Tucson area food bank, showing that – we can #craftwithpurpose – to
support both our community and ourselves. This project uses all 11/0 seed beads and 3mm
crystals.
Special Notes or requirements:
Beaders should know both flat and tubular peyote stitching with increases and zip-stitch. The
class is not meant for beginning beaders and will assume you can read a pattern and stitch at
your own pace. YOU NEED TO BRING: 6lb Fireline (or favorite beading thread), beading
needle, and work mat.
