Skill Level: Intermediate
This necklace is made by doing Japanese technique of braiding called Kumihimo.
Kongoh Gumi braid is made using seed beads and a variety of specialty beads.
A beautiful front toggle clasp is the focal point. Special technique will be shown how to stabilize
your braid when using larger size beads.
Project will be done on Kumihimo disk.
Special Notes or requirements: Students will bring double density foam disk, weighted bobbins
and counterweight. Experience of kumihimo is required.
All other supplies will be included in the kit.
