Transportation for Colors of the Stone Winter 2026

For 2026, Colors of the Stone is offering a new and greatly improved way to travel to and from Casino Del Sol. In past years, attendees relied on fixed-route shuttle buses that often involved long waits, crowded vehicles, and indirect routes. This year, we are replacing those traditional shuttles with an on-demand Lyft ride discount program designed to be faster, more flexible, and more convenient for our attendees.

Lyft Ride Discount Program for Colors of the Stone 2026

We have partnered with Lyft to provide discounted rides between Casino Del Sol and the surrounding Tucson area during the show. Instead of waiting for a shuttle on a fixed schedule, you can request a ride when you are ready to go, and travel directly to your destination.

• $15 off each eligible Lyft ride
• Ride must start or end at Casino Del Sol
• Valid January 31 – February 7, 2026
• Available daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm
• Most riders pay only $5–$15 after the discount
• Limit 4 discounted rides per attendee for the event

How to Use the Lyft Discount

When you're ready to book a ride, using the Lyft discount is simple and handled directly in the Lyft app:

1. Make sure you have the Lyft app installed on your smartphone and an account created.
2. Open the Lyft app on your smartphone or click here.
3. If prompted, enter the promo code GEMRIDE in the Lyft Pass section of the Payment tab.
4. Request a ride to or from Casino Del Sol between 9:00am and 7:00pm.
5. The $15 discount will be applied automatically to eligible rides.

Why the Lyft Program Is Better Than Traditional Shuttles

In previous years, shuttle routes were operated on fixed loops with limited departure times and multiple stops. Riders often experienced waits of 45 minutes or more, and travel times could be unpredictable during busy periods.

The Lyft ride discount program is designed to offer a significantly better experience:

• On-demand service: Request a ride when you are ready, rather than waiting for the next shuttle.
• Direct routes: Travel straight to or from Casino Del Sol without intermediate stops on a loop.
• Flexible destinations: Rides may connect Casino Del Sol with hotels, parking areas, restaurants, and other Tucson gem shows, subject to Lyft availability.
• Extended hours: 9:00am to 7:00pm coverage accommodates early arrivals and guests who stay later at the casino or restaurants.

Overall, the Lyft program offers shorter waits, more direct travel, and greater flexibility than previous shuttle arrangements, giving you more time to enjoy the show.

Within that requirement, you may use the discount to travel between Casino Del Sol and nearby hotels, parking hubs, dining areas, and other show venues, subject to Lyft availability and the geographic settings of the program.

• Limit 4 discounted rides per attendee during Colors of the Stone Winter 2026.
• Discount applies up to $15 per ride; any remaining fare is the responsibility of the rider.
• Rides must start or end at Casino Del Sol and be taken between 9:00am and 7:00pm.
• Valid January 31 – February 7, 2026, while program funds and rider slots remain available.
• Lyft ride availability, wait times, and pricing are determined by Lyft and may vary by time and location.
