We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of the word. Some analytics or advertising technologies can involve disclosures that privacy laws may define as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Optional technologies on this website are controlled through our cookie preferences system.

Mailing lists and marketing emails
If you join a mailing list, we use your email address and selected show preferences to send updates about relevant Garan-Beadagio events. Our mailing-list system may record delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe activity so we can administer subscriptions and keep our lists accurate.

Contact forms and form security
When you send a message through a contact form, we use the information you provide to respond to your request. Our forms also use security measures such as Cloudflare Turnstile, honeypot fields, signed form timestamps, and rate limiting to reduce spam and automated abuse.
Rate limiting may use a one-way hash derived from an IP address rather than storing the plain IP address for that purpose. Cloudflare and other security providers may process technical information as part of their anti-abuse services.
Please do not include credit-card numbers, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive information in ordinary contact forms.
Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies, local storage, tags, and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, preference management, and optional analytics.
We currently use Google Analytics 4 to help us understand website use and performance. Analytics is treated as optional and is not activated through this site's consent system until optional tracking is allowed. Our current consent implementation also respects Global Privacy Control by keeping optional tracking disabled.
We may add or change analytics or advertising services in the future. If we do, we will update our implementation and this policy as appropriate rather than silently enabling new optional tracking.
Registration, exhibitor accounts, and related Garan-Beadagio services
Some attendee registration, exhibitor applications, account functions, invoices, and related services are provided through Beadagio.com or other Garan-Beadagio systems. Information submitted through those services may be associated with your event registration, exhibitor account, application, or business relationship with Garan-Beadagio, LLC.
Separate terms, notices, or agreements may apply to particular registrations, workshops, exhibitor applications, payments, or accounts.
Service providers and third parties
We use service providers that help us operate our websites and events. Depending on the service involved, these may include website hosting and security providers, Cloudflare Turnstile, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, registration and account systems, payment processors, venues, hotels, transportation providers, contractors, and other vendors supporting our events.
We may also link to exhibitors, instructors, hotels, social networks, maps, transportation services, and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.
Legal requirements and safety
We may use or disclose information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or protect the security and availability of our websites and events.
